One of Love Island''s most awkward moments took place in last night's show, when the islanders learned that Michael Griffith's heart rate was raised the most by Amber Gill in the sexy dance challenge.
SUPER awkward considering she's the girl he dumped for model Joanna Chimonides. Oh, and Joanna gave him a sexy dance, too.
And now it seems as if the 27-year-old firefighter is weighing up his options, if our sneak peek at tonight's show is anything to go by.

During a chat with Jordan following the challenge, Michael says: "Amber was the girl I was interested in and now my heart rate has been raised most by her. It's not ideal."
However, he puts the results down to feeling awkward when Amber was dancing. Jordan expresses fears that Michael doesn't have as much chemistry with Joanna as he does with Amber, and encourages him that's it's OK if he wants to change his mind again.
"It's not a bad position to be in," Michael muses. "Joanna's unbelievable, Amber's stunning as well."
In a chat with Maura Higgins, Amber seems quietly smug about the results of the challenge. "I just needed that, that's all I needed," the 23-year-old beautician says. "Now I know I'm not going insane, and there is still something there."

Meanwhile, the Islanders prepare for a recoupling in which the girls will choose their partner, leaving one boy to pack his bags.
Ahead of the coupling Curtis Pritchard, currently single following Amy Hart's departure, pulls newbie Francesca Allen for a chat to see where her head is at.
Referring to the dirty dancing challenge, Francesca asks Curtis "Whose kiss did you like more? Mine or Maura's?"
Curtis replies "Yours was cute and innocent!" with Francesca says "That's me all over."

Juicy, but who will he end up with, Maura or Francesca? Either way, you know there's going to be dramz.
Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
