Anybody who binge-watched season two of Selling Sunset at the weekend will know that The Oppenheim Group estate agent Maya Vander was expecting her second child.
Well, guess what? She's just given birth to a little girl.
Yep, it might feel like we've only just found out about the TV star's second pregnancy, but it turns out the original announcement was actually filmed a whole nine months ago.
Taking to Instagram to announce the happy news, the Israeli estate agent, 31, confirmed she and husband have now welcomed the new arrival into their family.

"Exciting news!!! My baby girl Elle Madison was born two days ago... My heart feels so complete!' she wrote in an Instagram post.
She added: "Maybe in season 3 I'll get another puppy instead of another baby." LOL.
In a video, she then went into further detail about the birth, gave us a glimpse of little Elle in her cot and a glimpse of her son, Aiden - who she welcomed in 2019, just after series one.
"I'm happy to show you my baby girl Elle, she was born yesterday - no, sorry Thursday, 48 hours. We're back home now. Aiden is excited... kinda."
In her typically sarcastic manner, Maya then flipped the camera to her hubby, and joked: "That's my husband, he's also part of it."
"Unlike Aiden, she was born really quickly," she went on. "10 minutes I was pushing and she was out".
Um, 10 minutes?!?! Wow.
Maya continued: "So now we're back home and we're going to watch Selling Sunset. Crack the Don..." but before she could finish her sentence, Maya's husband was reminding her that Dom Perignon is spelt with an M.
"I'm gonna go to school with Aiden," Maya laughed.
Fans of Selling Sunset have been following Maya's journey towards building a family since the beginning of the series, and she has spoken candidly about suffering two miscarriages in the past.
She only refers to her partner as 'my husband', so we don't know much about her other half - but, some of her friends on Instagram have been spotted calling him Dave.
While filming the show, she and her husband lived separately, after he bagged a dream job in Miami.
But they continued to make it work with regular trips back-and-forth and commitment to long distance.
Congratulations to them both!
