For six weeks, the holiday reps live together in workers apartments, and help to ensure party goers have the time of their lives.
From a naked butler and a teetotal vegan to a social media influencer and a VIP host, they're determined to earn a living working in paradise.
Many of them are escaping their own demons, while others are just chasing a good time.
The BBC teases: "Against a beautiful backdrop and full of high-stakes stories, this series will get under the skin of both the people and the place - in a setting where we all want to be, with people we'll grow to love and root for across the series.

"Come September, will the season have supercharged our cast's future? Or will the sun set prematurely on their dreams for something more?"
Hosted by Maya Jama, the first episode follows brothers Liam and Callum and their best friend George, from Plymouth, who have just invested their life savings in video equipment for clubbing promos despite having little to no experience.
They're hoping to make videos to entice clubbers to the islands' top venues. And they're taking their job so seriously that they've even vowed to go teetotal for the duration of the stay.

It also delves into the experiences of party girl Harriet, who worked as a spa therapist before she came to Ibiza.
She turns up on the island without a job, hoping for a new chapter following the tragic death of two friends. But when he money runs out the pressure mounts to bring back the bacon...
All four episodes of Ibiza Dreams lands on BBC Three today.
