The drama certainly doesn't stop when they leave the Love Island villa.
Unlucky-in-love Hugo Hammond came face-to-face with Amy Day on Sunday night's Love Island: Aftersun and as we imagined, it was pretty awkward.
The pair, who were coupled up after returning from Casa Amor together, were dumped from the villa earlier in the week alongside Clarisse Juliette and Sam Jackson.
And in their exit interview, Hugo described his search for love in the villa as "tragic" as Amy stood next to him visibly stunned by his comment.

As the couple sat down for a reunion on Aftersun, Amy confronted Hugo about his comment and said she had been "friend-zoned out of the blue".
"We leave the villa and you just flipped and friend-zoned me. You've came across quite fake now," said Amy.
Ouch!
Hugo said he disagreed with her comment and said they had a "chat in there". But Amy was adamant she "wasn't part of that conversation" when Hugo said they decided to remain friends.

Things got pretty heated with Amy accusing Hugo of being "patronising" and in the villa for a "lads' holiday".
"You're so patronising. Why are you laughing, this isn't funny," said Amy.
"I feel actually when we walked into the main villa you switched.
"You came on here for a lads holiday.

"My feelings and my time in the villa was wasted."
Eeeek!
The reunion ended with Hugo getting up to leave and the pair deciding to "agree to disagree".
And fans on Twitter were loving Amy's savage response.

One Twitter user wrote, "Amy just chewed Hugo like a dog and good for her."
Another tweeted: "I'm living for Amy dragging Hugo on aftersun."
A third said: "Oh my god Amy is tearing into Hugo. I am in love with this girl. Where was this energy last week gal."
It doesn't look like there's much love lost between these two.
