‘Love Island’ Fans Beg Producers To Separate The Twins

Love Island fans have begged producers to force twins Eve and Jess Gale to split up, after complaining they're so hard to distinguish when they're side-by-side.

While Eve and Jess, both 20, don't dress exactly the same, so far, they have worn very similar ensembles each day; sporting busty LBD's on day one and matching satin red dresses for the recoupling ceremony.

And they've barely left each other's sides, either, even calling boys for flirty chats as a duo, and making it very hard for viewers at home (and the fellow islanders) to tell them apart.

Taking to social media during the second episode of the ITV show, one Love Island viewer wrote: "Can the producers separate the twins for just 5 minutes please!!! Creepy as hell the way they talk to guys together..(sic)"

As another wrote: "Why can't the twins separate please ?? #LoveIsland".

"Why are the twins literally doing everything together and wearing the same clothes all the time I can't tell them apart lol #LoveIsland," a third chimed in.

While a fourth moaned: "Separate the twins, this is fricken weird now @LoveIsland".

The pair's tendency to stick together was even the hot topic on spin-off Love Island: Aftersun, after former islander and show guest Maura Higgins warned that they could end up ostracising themselves if they remained such a double act.

And comedian Joel Dommett agreed with the Dancing On Ice star, suggesting that sticking together could prevent the girls making friends in the villa and even finding love, as they won't forge identities in their own rights.

Eve and Jess really shook up the South African villa as they broke up two couples last night, as the first recoupling ceremony took place.

While both of the girls had their eyes on Callum Jones, it was Eve that ended up stealing him from Shaughna Phillips while Jess gnabbed Mike Boating from Leanne Amaning.

It remains to be seen whether Eve or Jess will have any luck in their new love matches - and whether we'll ever be able to tell them apart!
