*Warning: Spoilers from the Love Is Blind reunion below*

The moment we've been waiting for is finally here.

After weeks of following the emotional and turbulent relationships which formed in a matter of days on Netflix's Love Is Blind, we can finally find out who has gone the distance and whose relationships cracked under the pressure.

Yep, a year and a half after the crazy dating series was filmed, the Love Is Blind reunion show has arrived on our screens. And we can promise you it answers everything you were wondering and more.

In the 50-minute episode, hosts Nick and Vanessa Lachey attempt to get to the bottom of some of the most dramatic moments of the series: from Barnett, Amber and Jessica's love triangle to Diamond and Carlton's epic row.

The cast all gathered a year and a half on (
Netflix)
They also uncover that a *lot* has happened since the show, from a romantic reunion to talks of divorce.

Plus, through encouraging the contestants to look back at their time on the show, we see everything from tearful apologies to fiery arguments to one participant getting back down on one knee...

Here's everything to expect from the Love Is Blind reunion:

Lauren and Cameron talk baby plans

Cameron and Lauren have now got a dog (
Netflix)

They were the couple we were all vouching for from the beginning. And guess what?! A year and a half later both Lauren and Cameron are now parents... to a little fur baby.

"I was like, if we're getting married I have to get a puppy," Lauren says on the show.

While Cameron recalled: "My mum knew it was true love because I was like 'were getting a dog!'"

When quizzed on whether welcoming a pup into their world had made them excited to start a family, the pair both look coy, before Lauren replies: "We're definitely excited. We've already talked about our kids, they could look like anything. It could be Drake, it could be Barack Obama. So, one day."

Before Cameron interjects: "Hopefully soon."

OUR HEARTS.

Gigi and Damian are back together

Gigi apologises to Damian for how she treated him (
Netflix)

When Giannina was jilted by Damian at the alter, what unfolded can only be described as the most dramatic showdown we have ever seen.

Gigi ran off and fell in the mud, she came back and ripped her wedding band off before his very eyes, and all the while he sobbed uncontrollably for having hurt her.

But believe it or not, this fiery couple have defied the odds and reunited after filming the show - and now even credit their dramatic wedding day as the reason they're so strong today.

Raising their hands when Nick and Vanessa asked who was back together, the couple look absolutely besotted with each other during the reunion.

Giannina starts by apologising for some of their more fierce arguments, admitting that she may not have always been "constructive" and that she often pushes people away when it all gets too much.

The couple look happier than ever as they embrace on set (
Netflix)

"We are so together," Giannina then reveals. "Looking back, I respect his decision. Where we are now... it's so right for us. We can just date and he has his own place and I have my own place. We're getting to know each other at our own pace and it's just so refreshing.

"[Being left at the alter] hurt, but it's all about, what can I learn from that?"

Kissing Gigi on the cheek, Damian adds: "On the day of the wedding, I said, 'look no matter what happens we leave here together'.

"When she said 'I do', I didn't expect that. I thought she was the one who was going to say no. I wish I could take the pain away, and the hurt...the embarrassment in front of her friends and family.

"But that was the hardest decision I ever made in my life, and I would stick by it again because of where we are now".

Whatever you thought of these two, it's hard to deny they're looking pretty solid 18 months on.

Amber hits out at Jessica for flirting with Barnett

Amber pulls no punches when confronting Jessica (
Netflix)

You'll remember that in the pods, both Amber and Jessica were both talking to Barnett.

Ultimately, he broke things off with Jessica and chose Amber when it came to popping the question.

But that didn't stop Jessica putting the feelers out there on the couples' trip to Mexico, and at Barnett's birthday party, and just days before her own wedding to Mark. (Seriously, you can't fault her persistence...)

And it will come as a surprise to nobody that Amber still has a lot of feelings about this all these months later.

After having been shown a clip of Jessica flirting with Barnett in the pods, and later questioning the legitimacy of his relationship with her, Amber explains: "I confronted Matt about Jessica. And I said, 'What the hell? What's going on here? What are you thinking, what are you doing, what do you want?'

"He told me he was trying to figure things out and feel it out and he was like, you know, he shouldn't have said that, it wasn't how he meant it.

Jessica looks uncomfortable as Amber tells her some home truths (
Netflix)

"I'm like 'Okay, that's not how you meant it. I believe you.' Like, I trusted him. As far as I was concerned, that was nothing after the fact."

Turning to Jessica, she then fumes: "So, to see her throwing herself at him in Mexico, b*tch, you're shiesty. You're so fake, coming to my face like we were cool, you're so fake.

"I think you're a very disingenuine [sic] person and you know what? I hope seeing this, you do grow from it, because that is not what the world needs, women that go behind other people's backs like that.

"You were engaged to another man that you were leading on. He was engaged, he made his choice. Anywho, no I'm not super happy seeing that." BURN.

Clearly squirming with awkwardness, Jessica then replies: "Obviously I was rejected by Barnett I didn't take that very well.

"Seeing that play out was brutal. I do definitely owe a major apology to you Amber and to Barnett. I super respect them both and their relationship and it was not good of me to ever question that."

But will Amber accept her apology? We bet you can guess how this one goes...

Jessica gets very real about her behaviour on the show

Jessica said she has been reflecting on her drinking (
Netflix)

While on Love Is Blind, things certainly didn't go Jessica's way. While she initially thought she would be walking down the aisle with Barnett, she then had to face the fact he wanted Amber instead, and so she tried (debatably not that hard) to build a relationship with Mark.

Pretty much the whole time, Jess was pulling Barnett for chats, putting barriers up with Mark and telling him he was too young for her, all accompanied by a fair few glasses of wine.

But looking back, she says that, however hard, watching her "cringeworthy" behaviour on the show has helped her make some important changes in her life.

"Honestly you know we've all just seen this all play out. There were some really cringeworthy moments for me watching this back that I've been able to reflect on," she tells the hosts.

"It was kinda rough for me, you know, when I realised that things weren't really going the way that I hoped that they would. It's tough, you know, because watching it back it was obvious I was working through some things.

"Obviously I was really uncomfortable and I was drinking too much and that was really disturbing to see play out.

Mark defended Jessica's treatment of him (
Netflix)

"So I took this past year, went back home to Chicago to six months to be close to my family and kinda heal and change course, and now I'm out in LA and I just recently started dating again."

Turning to Mark, she adds: "It wasn't fair to Mark who was a fantastic person and obviously very, very attractive. That was never a concern whatsoever and you knew that. To commit to him that that wasn't forever, I just needed more time."

And backing his ex fiancée, Mark responds: "She is a phenomenal woman. A year and a half has gone by and I still have so much respect for you. I couldn't be more thankful to have gone through it with someone like you.

"I think we were just two people trying to figure it out after getting engaged in ten days. You get into the situation and myself, I didn't realise how intense it was."

Honestly, if Jess doesn't want to marry Mark, then we'll have him.

Carlton gets down on one knee

Carlton gets down on one knee (
Netflix)

After *THAT* argument between Carlton and Diamond, it's safe to say that we did not expect to see him getting down on one knee during the reunion episode.

But don't get too excited...we don't have another Love Is Blind engagement to report.

The proposal actually came during a heartfelt discussion about their breakup row, which started when Carlton opened up about his bisexuality to Diamond.

If you need a recap, she stormed off misquoting Beyoncé lyrics and he slammed her wig. It was all hella messy.

But since the show, they've both had time to reflect, have both (horrifically) received death threats, and both seem keen on clearing the air.

Carlton said he had received death threats (
Netflix)

Apologising for the way he flew off the handle, Carlton says: "Out of everything, I think I felt more concerned for Diamond. The woman I fell in love with... I never thought she was bi-phobic, homophobic or that she wouldn't love me. I was just afraid that she would have some issues we couldn't work though."

As he bends down in front of Diamond, collective gasps can be heard from around the room.

He quickly adds: "I'm not proposing to you so don't worry. I want get down on one knee and just apologise again. I hope you take this ring again as a significant piece of our friendship and the start of something beautiful without any type of plan."

Ok, we're sobbing. Could this be the start of Carlton and Diamond round two?

Amber and Barnett admit they nearly got divorced

Amber and Barnett have worked through their problems (
Netflix)

We've seen Amber fly off the handle at Jessica, but what about her own relationship with Barnett?

Well, they're still together, and things are going well - but things almost worked out very differently.

Admitting they were on the brink of divorce, Amber says: "I know there was one point where we almost broke because we had such expectations about being husband and wife.

"We knew we were married and we knew we were in love but also we were still learning each other. I was working as a cocktail waitress, and there was a while when I was making myself comfortable where I wasn't working, so that was putting a strain because I was so financially dependant on him, which was new to me.

"And then y'all saw how he liked to flirt with people so obviously he was totally used to his bachelor life. It took us a while to learn how to hang out together.

"At one point I actually called about getting the divorce lawyer, I was like 'this isn't working'. Seeing how we both are so stubborn it could be bad when we butted heads. So figuring out how to handle that made a huge difference for us."

Barnett agrees: "We stopped trying to force what we expected on each other and since then it's been really great."

"I haven't killed him yet," quips Amber in the same chat.

Kenny is now dating somebody new

Kenny and Kelly are no longer together (
Netflix)

Another couple who didn't get their happy ever after were Kelly and Kenny, after failing to find sexual chemistry together ahead of their big day.

The pair are both so nice and soft natured that they were never going to have a blazing row at the reunion show - but you can certainly feel awkwardness in the air as Kenny admits he now has a new girlfriend, who is "perfect" for him.

"Not to sugar coat it but I could not be doing better, this experiment allowed me to find the person I'm with today because it allowed me to open myself up and to truly be vulnerable. I've got the best girlfriend for me," he tells the hosts, as Kelly - sat next to him - nods and smiles politely.

So what about Kelly? "I am still single," she says. "I've made a few career transitions since the show. I also dated one of my best friends since the show... he was actually at our wedding...but, you know, I think since the show there's been a lot of self growth."

Anyone else cringing rn?
