Little Mix's Leigh-Anne Pinnock has opened up about her "swollen hands" and "bruised ribs" during her pregnancy in an Instagram post to give her "body some credit".
Leigh-Anne, 29, is expecting her first child with fiance Andre Gray, 29, and she posted a delightful picture of herself sunbathing and showing off her growing bump.
In the caption Leigh-Anne told her followers about her symptoms during the pregnancy by calling it "one of the hardest things I've ever done."

She said: "Time to give my body some credit... this is the hardest thing I have EVER done, I have struggled these past few weeks. Swollen hands and feet, bruised ribs and then chuck in a whole heap of hormones to the mix.
"But then I think about what's actually going on inside this belly and I'm mind blown... creating life... I am so proud of how far I've come and so grateful for this blessing."
Fans took to the comments section to praise Leigh-Anne for speaking openly about some of her highs and lows. One follower said: "The caption is so heartwarming."

In May Leigh-Anne announced her pregnancy on Instagram in a series of snaps from a pregnancy photoshoot, where she wore emerald green flowing robes and a matching bandeau crop top.
She captioned the post: "We've dreamed about this moment for so long and we can't believe the dream is finally coming true... we can't wait to meet you."

In one snap, the Watford striker, 29, holds Leigh-Anne as she giggles and cradles her baby bump.
