Big news, dinosaur fans. Jurassic World 3 might not be landing until 2021, but the latest announcement has proved it will definitely be worth the wait.
According to new reports, Universal Pictures will be bringing back a trio of OG cast-members to join Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard in the much-anticipated sequel.
Yep, Laura Dern, Sam Neill and Jeff Goldblum are said to be returning to their original roles, and will start working on the film early next year.

Laura revealed her involvement in the movie to excited fans at a screening of Battle at Big Rock - the eight minute short film directed by Colin Trevorrow, who is also working on the sequel.
She later announced it on Instagram, tagging her two former co-stars in the post and officially confirming they would be involved too.
The trio have all starred in sequels before, but their return would mark the first time they will all appear together since the first film.
Laura is famed for playing Dr Ellie Sattler in the franchise, while Sam Neill starred as Dr Alan Grant - although pair haven't been seen in action since Jurassic Park III in 2001.

Meanwhile, Jeff Goldblum returned to his role as Dr Ian Malcolm more recently, appearing in 2018's Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.
According to Colin Treverrow, the trio won't just be making appearances, but will have "sizeable roles" in the new film, which is sure to be music to the ears of any hardcore Jurassic fans out there.
While we currently know very little about the plot for the new film, we know it's going to be good as it's written by Colin and Eily Carmichael - who also worked on Pacific Rim Uprising.

Alongside Colin, Steven Spielberg will also be producing the next instalment - we can't wait.
The original Jurassic Park was one of the highest grossing films ever, and won three Oscars.
Jurassic World 3 hits cinemas June 11, 2021.
