James McVey's The Vamps band mates have aired their concerns over the star's dramatic weight loss.
The camp mate's weight has dropped dramatically during his time in the jungle, and he has reportedly been giving half of his meals to Harry Redknapp.
The Vamps members Tristan Evans and Brad Simpson have praised James for being generous with his meals but have expressed their concerns due to his previous battles with anorexia.
Speaking on the Food For Thought podcast about his battle with an eating disorder, James previously said: "I had that ideal picture in my head of what I wanted to achieve without recognising that Photoshop had come into place, strict dieting and all that stuff.
"For me it was quite strange to chase that unachievable goal. For 10 years I've been obsessed in a good and bad way with food."
Band member Tristan told The Sun: "We're obviously worried about him, but we can't expect him to join the jungle and not lose weight, it's going to happen because of the small amount of food they're having.
"We knew he would come out a lot skinnier, but he looks good, I don't know how much weight he's lost but he will definitely put it back on when he comes back.

"He'll have a nut roast with his family and then a glass of Malbec, or maybe a bottle."
James' girlfriend of four years has also spoke about his generosity with his food.
Model Kirstie Brittain said: "James is being generous with his food, giving it to Harry because Harry is struggling so much with all the meats.
"James is veggie so he's giving Harry half his veg, which is why he's gotten so skinny.
"James was slim when he went in so he's lost a lot of weight. Sair Khan told me how generous he has been. We're not seeing it on screen.
"James sees Harry as a grand-father - it's so cute. He really wants to look after him, which is why he's giving him his food."
