ITV Gives Fans The First Look Of The 'I'm A Celeb' Jungle Living Quarters

The celebs are in for a shock as they leave their lives of luxury behind for camp beds, witchetty grubs and basic rations.

It's just a matter of days until ten contestants head into the I'm a Celebrity jungle and now we've got a first glimpse at exactly what will meet them on the other side.

And it looks as though the camp's living quarters in the Australian outback will be very similar to other years, except for the addition of a jungle gym!

There will be a punchbag too, which will no doubt allow campers to get rid of frustrations. (

We're not too sure the celebs, which includes the likes of Caitlyn Jenner, Ian Wright and Nadine Coyle will feel so in the mood for a workout after they suffer reduced food rations, but it looks like they'll have the option at least.

The basic gym, fit for the basic living quarters, includes a medicine ball, an array of dumbbells, as well as a boxing bag hanging from a tree complete with a pair of gloves.

The quintessentially British red phone box will return for 2019. (

Maybe the latter will come in handy when they want to take out their frustrations... Say when the first celeb fails a task and comes home empty handed, or when they get over-tired and start niggling at each other.

Aside from their workout zone, the camp looks similar to previous years.

The sleeping arrangements will be no comfier, with low basic camp beds and hammocks up for grabs. (

It features a bright red British phone box (where Kiosk Kev calls to give the campmates a chance to win the Dingo Dollar challenge), which will no doubt remind many of them of home - except of course Caitlyn Jenner who has flown in from the US for the show.

The sleeping arrangements also look as uncomfortable as ever, with camp beds that are low to the floor (think of all those bugs, snakes and spiders that could crawl onto them!) and tricky to master hammocks strung up between trees.

The bath might look fancy, but you have to pump the water yourself. (

The shower is no better, as it also needs to be pumped, plus it's freezing. (

And you might think the roll top bath looks luxurious, but you'd be wrong. The campmates will be able to bathe off the remnants of their bush tucker trials here (fish guts, meal worms, you know the score) but they will have too use the wooden pump to fill the tub and that water certainly won't be warm...

Alternatively, they could head over to the jungle shower, but that will be an equally chilly and effortful wash. One camp mate will have to pump while the other receives a rainfall like shower that will flow off the rocks above - it will be as cold as rainfall too.

The campmates were revealed earlier this week. (

And you may ask why you'd ever subject yourself to such basic living conditions. Well, the celebs, who were announced earlier this week will all be getting paid a hefty sum.

Caitlyn Jenner is reportedly the highest paid celebrity ever, apparently receiving a fee of £500k! We're sure most people would do it for half a million. Plus, many want the experience of jungle life, or a reboot for their career.

There's an array of people going in, with the full line up being announced earlier this week.

After a hiatus from Ant in 2018, he will return with Dec this year to host. (

The class of 2019 includes: Caitlyn Jenner, 70, Ian Wright, 56, Kate Garraway, 52, Jacqueline Jossa, 27, James Haskell, 34, Nadine Coyle, 34, Roman Kemp, 26, Andrew Maxwell, 44, Myles Stephenson, 28 and Adele Roberts, 40.

The new series, which kicks of on Sunday 17th November is the 19th instalment of the show hosted by Antony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly and will see the contestants fight for the jungle crown once again.

But before then they'll have to live among the trees in hammocks, take on gruesome challenges and cook for themselves - that's if they win enough stars to be allowed food other than beans and rice rations.

Rather them than us!

I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here starts at 9m on 17th November on ITV.
