Holly Willoughby was visibly teary today as she listened to the heartwarming story of a four-year-old boy who defied all odds.

Listening to little Christian's story on This Morning on Thursday, the 38-year-old presenter was overcome with emotion as she heard how the severely disabled little boy managed to communicate with his sister despite doctor's saying he'd never be able to.

Christian was born with severe brain damage, cerebral palsy and impaired vision and professionals feared he'd never walk, talk or even smile.

The boy spent some of his life in care but was taken in by one incredible family. Soon after, something amazing happened. His big sister Jade defied doctors to teach him how to communicate via sign language.

After posting videos of the singling singing together, they were invited on to the ITV breakfast show to talk about their story.

Sitting down with Holly and her co-host Phillip Schofield, a smiling Christian joined Jade and his foster mother on the sofa.

After Holly and Phil complimented him on his singing, Christian signs thank you back to them and later, Jade - who gave up going to uni to care for her little brother - demonstrated how he can say "I love you".

With his sister's encouragement, Christian says "Love you," adding "moon and back".

Holly was visibly affected by the emotional moment, putting her face in her hands and welling up. Later, she's seen wiping away tears from her eyes while Phillip presents the family with a gift - VIP tickets for the family to see a Manchester City match.

Holly, we'd be bawling too.
