October means one thing and one thing only: spooky season, so naturally, the cast of classic witchy caper Hocus Pocus have reunited.

However, our favourite three witches are looking beyond Halloween as they used the magic of Zoom to have a girly get-together - as the Sanderson sisters are urging fans all to vote in the upcoming American presidential election.

Check out a clip below:

Yep, Bette Midler, Kathy Najimy, and Sarah Jessica Parker joined forces in partnership with the nonpartisan campaign I Am A Voter, which encourages American citizens to exercise their democratic right to vote.

Highlighting the importance of heading to polling stations, Midler said: "There's nothing more important than your right to vote. People fought and died for your right to vote.

"Over 100 million people who were eligible to vote last time did not vote."

Parker added that less than one-third of youth voters had their say in the 2016 presidential election, which saw Donald Trump elected President over Hillary Clinton.

While it was a serious subject matter, the Sanderson sisters couldn't help but use some of their sorcery to prompt people to vote. The threesome humorously "cast a spell" on viewers in the hopes they will "fall under their spell" and vote.

The cast will also reunite for the upcoming sequel (

The mini-reunion comes after Midler, who plays Winnie Sanderson in the 1993 original film, confirmed the original cast will return in the hotly-anticipated Hocus Pocus sequel that will land on Disney+.

Speaking to Fox 5 New York, the 74-year-old said: "They want to make a movie, they've asked us if we were interested and of course all of us said yes.

"I'm game, I'm totally game."

The threesome have also donned their witchy garms to raise money for the New York Restoration Project.

Midler said of the experience: "It was so bizarre to have been these characters 27 years ago," she explained. "And to put all that gear on ... it was so bizarre because we fell into exactly the same relationships we had and the same style of behaving on screen that we had 27 years ago. As if we had been off for a weekend!"
