Big Brother fans were left shocked last week when they discovered Series 7's Grace Adams-Short and Mikey Dalton are not only still together 14 years after the show, but are married with three kids.

Now, the original reality show couple have sat down with Lorraine to introduce their three children and talk about how they made their romance work after the iconic series wrapped.

Joining the Good Morning Britain host by video link, Grace, 34, and Mikey, 37, introduced their three children - Georgiana, Spencer and Allegra.

The pair struck up a romance during the show in 2006 while in their early 20s and only spent 30 days with one another in the house before Grace was evicted.

Asked about how they made their "whirlwind" relationship work outside the show and amid the "pressure" of newfound fame, Grace said: "There was [a lot of pressure]. But we just did what was right for us.

"We got engaged after four months as we had been together for all summer.

"Then we waited and a few years later we got married and then sprogs have arrived. It has always just felt right."

Asked what their kids think of the way they met, Mikey admitted they've never watched episodes as a family. "They don't really know. Georgiana is eight so she knows she has seen a few clips. We honestly have never really watched the show itself.

"It was a nice feeling to watch it the other week it was quite funny."

The pair's relationship received a wave of attention last week when it was resurfaced on Big Brother: Best Shows Ever, which is hosted by Davina McCall and Rylan Clarke-Neal.

After expressing some interest in fellow housemate Imogen Thomas as the start, Mikey settled on Grace and the pair were attached at the hip until the very end.

Despite some housemates insisting their romance was "all for the cameras", the pair got married in October 2009 and welcomed their first child Georgina in 2012, followed by son Spencer in 2015 and daughter Allegra in 2018.

After the show, Grace set up her own chain of successful performing arts schools, which allowed her to buy properties in both London and Liverpool, while Liverpudlian Mikey currently owns his own advertising firm.

Asked why they didn't try to make a living out of their fame, Grace said: "We used the show as a great experience and a stepping stone.

"We are both enjoying working. I think it is so different now. There was no Instagram and social media."
