Gordon, Gino & Fred's American Road Trip returns to ITV tonight - and it promises to be a sight for sore eyes.
Yep, in the latest instalment of the hilarious travel show, everyone's favourite trio, Gordon Ramsay, Gino D'Acampo and Fred Sirieix, head to San Francisco and trial a spot of goat yoga (as you do...)

The slightly whacky addition of goats is supposed to make people feel happy and relaxed - and while Gordon obviously takes the whole thing very seriously, Gino and Fred laugh the whole way through, and decide to take part in some very questionable attire.
In the hilarious episode, which airs tonight, Gino dons a pink leotard and garish leggings, which are certainly hard to miss.
But it's First Dates maître d Fred who caught everyone's attention as he shared a snap from the episode, standing alongside the two chefs with his ripped torso on show, wearing nothing but a tiny gold mankini. Ooooh errr!

As he shared a snap from the day out on Twitter, one bewildered fan joked: "Some things cannot be unseen".
While another quipped: "That's a picture to wake up to".
"Wow Fred," another follower gushed, clearly impressed with what she had seen.
This isn't the first time the French TV star has given us an eyeful, as he also posed completely *naked* alongside Gino while filming for the new show in California, with only an emoji each covering their modesty.

The goat yoga experience actually came directly after the group had been sampling (legal) cannabis in Gordon's cooking - which, obviously, sounds like a recipe for disaster.

And, let's just say, it certainly explains Gino and Fred's persistent giggling throughout.
"You're high as a kite," Gordon tells the pair as he watches over them in horror.
While, in a clip from the session, the Hells Kitchen frontman narrates: "The philosophy behind using the goats is that they're supposed to make you happier and lift your spirits - something I'm not sure these two actually need..." LOL.
Speaking to the Daily Star about the experience, Gino recalled: "I mean, we did a lot of insane things... but on this day, first, we went into a place where you can eat marijuana legally, to sample the taste of it with food.

"After about an hour of that, we did the goat yoga. You are on all fours and the goat goes on your back to massage it. But I was in a state of mind by then that, well, I can't explain."
He went on: "Fred was crying laughing. Gordon took it all very seriously, of course. I was just out of my head. The best thing I have ever done in television".
We have to wonder, though, was it really the drugs that gave Fred the giggles, or the fact he was wearing such a ridiculous ensemble?!
