If your house is in desperate need of a revamp but you simply don't have the funds, then, boy, do we have good news for you.
BBC Three is launching a new show named Flat Out Fabulous, in which tired properties and their deserving owners will be given some much needed TLC.
Hosted by designer Whinnie Williams, the unique interior show isn't aimed at home owners, or the mega rich.

Instead, it's looking to target the millions of young people who rent across the UK, and aims to prove you can have a stylish home whatever your budget.
According to the BBC, Whinnie is a strong believer believes that home renovations don't have to cost a bomb.
The new show will be full of tips on how to style a space on the cheap, and Whinnie will be on hand to help housemates give their boring living rooms an overhaul.

Where do we sign?!
Well, the BBC is looking for "groups of mates who rent together with a living room that needs improving". So, if that sounds like you then it's not too late to get involved.
Applicants must be aged 18 or over and live in a rented house or flat with at least two other people.

As you might expect, your living room also has to be in serious need of a refurb, and your landlord must be consenting to any changes taking place.
They say that if you can confirm your landlord is initially keen about the idea, then that's a bonus.
To apply, all you have to do is email [email protected] and outline your location, the number of housemates in the property you live in and list everyone's ages.
The BBC will then be in touch if you're a good fit.
