Suranne Jones is set to star in a brand new crime drama from the makers of Bodyguard and Line Of Duty (which is surely a guaranteed recipe for success, right?)
And with filming underway, BBC has just released a first look image of Suranne in action.
If that wasn't exciting enough, the series also stars Martin Compston and the show's writer, BAFTA-nominated Tom Edge, also worked on Netflix's The Crown.

Told you it sounded good.
Vigil focuses on DCI Amy Silva (Suranne Jones) who is at the centre of two mysterious events which bring the police into conflict with the Navy and the British security services.
When a Scottish fishing trawler mysteriously disappears and a death occurs on-board a Trident nuclear submarine, DCI Silva is pulled in to lead the investigation, all the while assessing a conspiracy theory that is threatening Britain's nuclear deterrent.
