'Frozen 2' Fans Are Living For The Post-Credits Olaf Scene That Everyone Missed

'Frozen 2' Fans Are Living For The Post-Credits Olaf Scene That Everyone Missed

Frozen fans were delighted when their favourite cast of snow-dusted characters returned to the big screen for the long-awaited sequel, which dropped on 11th November.

undefinedThat's no surprise given the levels of anticipation surrounding the film. The original was the highest grossest animated film of all time until it was topped by The Lion King, and Kristen Bell, Idina Menzel, Jonathan Groff and Josh Gad returned to voice charcters for the sequel - which critics saw as putting a darker spin on the beloved original.

What fans may not realise is that there's an extra post-credits scene sneakily tagged onto the end - and it's well worth holding out for if (or, let's be honest, when) you watch the movie again.

The scene features everyone's favourite goofy, loveable snowman Olaf. Already a win.

The clip builds on a moment in Frozen 2, when Olaf does the audience a favour by helpfully recapping the events of the original, released 3 years earlier.

It's a great chance for viewers to have their memories refreshed - and to hear the megahit film summarised in Olaf's cheerful, ditzy style.

In the Frozen II post-credits scene, Olaf does exactly the same thing, but for the sequel - just in case you fancied a second serving of what happened moments beforehand. Yes please

The adored snowman shares his recap with the ice goblin and hordes of mini ice goblins. As he retells key moments of the story, he explains that Queen Elsa has gained a whole lot more knowledge of her own powers.

Given that social media exploded with rave reviews following Frozen II's release, with fans calling it the "best movie of the year" and rating it ten out of ten, we have a feeling this little post-film 'refresher' of highlights will go down a (snow) storm.

We love you, Olaf. Bring on the rewatch
