The trained medic was obvs as excited as the rest of us to be reunited with his co-stars, a week after being dumped from the Island just before the finale along with Alexandra Cane.
Doctor Alex took to his Instagram story to document the party, telling the lads to grab him a beer for his arrival. Pretty normal, right?
Well, it would have been if he hadn't have added a very strange 'oiiiiiii' at the end of his story. Poor Alex is now being ripped into by fans on social media now that his post has gone viral for all the wrong reasons. Savage.

He may not have found love in the villa, but it looks like Doctor Alex has a promising career ahead of him, as he's already landed a new role on This Morning.
The A&E doctor remained a fan favourite throughout his time on the ITV2 dating programme and is now set to join Dr Ranj Singh, Dr Hilary Jones, Dr Chris Steele and Dr Zoe Williams...
