The Universal Pictures film, Dolittle, isn't set for release until January 17th, but the trailer is giving us a glimpse of what's to come in the remake, naturally with CGI animals that look more real than ever before.
Robert DJ will take on the role that was played by Eddie Murphy in the 1998 version, whilst animals will be voiced by a stellar line up.
The gorilla will be voiced by Rami Malek, a parrot by Emma Thompson and a duck by Octavia Spencer.
Other animals will be played by the likes of Selena Gomez and Marion Cotillard, whilst regular roles will be taken by Jim Broadbent, Michael Sheen and Antonio Banderas.
It's a stellar line up.
The trailer depicts the doctor and his wild friends taking a 'perilous' ship voyage together to the background music of 'What a Wonderful World', soundtracked by Reuben and the Dark.
It looks set to be a great remake, but if you haven't watched the film before, it's all about an eccentric doctor who can chat to animals.
I've been talking to animals for years now...And they finally started talking back. Does this mean I was getting the silent treatment?

The official synopsis reveals: "After losing his wife seven years earlier, the eccentric Dr. John Dolittle, famed doctor and veterinarian of Queen Victoria's England, hermits himself away behind the high walls of Dolittle Manor with only his menagerie of exotic animals for company.
"But when the young queen falls gravely ill, a reluctant Dolittle is forced to set sail on an epic adventure to a mythical island in search of a cure, regaining his wit and courage as he crosses old adversaries and discovers wondrous creatures."
This will be Ironman star Robert DJ's first lead role since starring in the Marvel film and he's clearly excited, sharing the trailer on Twitter saying: "I've been talking to animals for years now... And they finally started talking back."
"Does this mean I was getting the silent treatment?" he said.
We're excited to see Robert DJ play the doctor in Dolittle, especially with producer, Joe Roth, who produced the 2010 Alice in Wonderland at the helm.
We're expecting big things.
