"From the very beginning I realised I saw the world differently to everyone else," we hear Cruella explain.
"That didn't sit well with some people. But I wasn't for everyone. I guess they were always scared that I'd be... a psycho."
The teaser goes on to show Cruella in the years prior to becoming the puppy stealing villain she is today. The movie is a prequel to 101 Dalmatians, set in the 1970s, and tells the story of Cruella before she decides upon a life of crime.

In fact, she first finds her passion for prints as a fashion designer in London, which is where she discovers her love of Dalmatian prints specifically.
Yesterday, Disney teased fans further by releasing a poster of the movie. Shared on Twitter, the post - featuring Emma as Cruella - read: "Hello, Cruel World. New Trailer Tomorrow."
Alongside Emma Stone, Emma Thompson will play the Baroness, the head of a fashion house in London. Meanwhile, Joel Fry, Paul Walter Hauser, Emily Beecham and Mark Strong will also star while Craig Gillespie (the mastermind behind I, Tonya) is directing.
Speaking about what it was like to film the movie, Mark Strong - who plays Boris in the movie - told Collider: "It's such a massive production. There are huge fashion and ballroom sequences in it, which are just so impressive.

"I got to be on set during those days and spend most of my time with the two Emmas - Emma Stone and Emma Thompson.
"It was just great being able to shoot the breeze with those guys during the downtime, and then play with them, telling this fantastical story that I think people are thoroughly going to enjoy, when the cameras were rolling."
The film is set to be released in the UK on 28th May 2021. The countdown is officially on...
