This one is certainly going to be a tear jerker!
The earlier film adaptation was first released in 1994 starring Sean Bean, with Alan Cumming as Black Beauty's voiceover.
It followed a stallion born in the English countryside. As Black Beauty remembers the experiences that shaped his life, he reveals not only the fate of horses of the period, but those who own them, too.

There's also been a TV adaptation, too. Back in the 70s, ITV made a series based on the same novel, titled The Adventures of Black Beauty, which ran from 1972-74 for a total of 54 episodes.
We can't wait to see how Disney reimagine this classic!
