After nearly three months of lockdown keeping us stuck indoors, we all need something warm and heartfelt to cheer us up.
While restrictions will start to ease from March, it's still going to be a long time before things are completely back to their pre-Covid norm.
Luckily, Netflix has our backs by providing us with something uplifting (quite literally) in the form of 1987 classic Dirty Dancing, which is returning to the streamer later in March.

The news was announced on Netflix UK and Ireland Twitter page, with Dirty Dancing just one of a veritable smorgasbord of new films being served up by the streaming giant.
It's welcome news to millions of Netflix subscribers - many were left disappointed when Dirty Dancing was first made available to stream on the platform in 2019, for it to be removed not long after.
Naturally, people took to Twitter to vent the sudden removal of the film.

"Ugh I wanna watch Sixteen Candles, The Breakfast Club or Dirty Dancing again but Netflix removed them..." moaned one fan earlier this year.
Another complained: "I've never hated Netflix more. All the movies I've added to my watch list, they removed. I'm DYING to watch Dirty Dancing with PATRICK SWAYZE but Netflix said nope."
A third groaned: "Kinda sad kinda mad Dirty Dancing was removed from Netflix."
"Was just about to put on Dirty Dancing and find out Netflix has removed it?" a fourth said. "Gutted!"

We know what they're going to be watching on Netflix soon...
If you have never seen this absolute gem of a film (erm...where have you been?) Dirty Dancing follows Frances Houseman, or 'Baby' (played by Jennifer Grey) as she goes on holiday in an upscale resort alongside her sister and her parents.
She quickly falls for handsome dancer Johnny (Patrick Swayze) and begins dancing with him at socials after his dance partner is forced to withdraw.

The pair soon start to fall for one another, and soon they perform at the end-of-season talent show, performing a now infamous routine to 'The Time Of My Life' - including that much-copied lift.
We can't wait to watch this all over again!
