There's no denying that Deadpool 2 is one of the most successful movies around, and we can't get enough of this brilliant, never aired scene...
In just a matter of weeks the extended Blu-ray and DVD copies of the film will hit stores worldwide, and while it might just be nice for fans to get their hands on a copy for them to watch in the comfort of their own homes, there is also some extra content.

Given that they've called the release Deadpool 2: Super Duper Cut there had better be some added extra.
As it happens, there are a couple of deleted scenes that actually could have made it into the film proper, but you suspect they didn't move the film's plot along significantly enough - that and the film was over two hours long anyway.
In one deleted scene, Wade (Deadpool) can be seen trying to adopt a new attitude and be a nice guy whilst they're in the X Mansion. Needless to say, Negasonic Teenage Warhead (NTW from now on) isn't buying any of his rubbish.

Wade continues to be sugary sweet and nice to them all, but as he leaves the room offers some choice under-the-breath comments for NTW's ears only. Like I said, it's funny, but it's not significant enough for the full film.
But wait, there's more - as well as a scene that featured the first big screen exposition of X-Men villain Omega Red - there is another one that is known colloquially as 'The Baby Hitler Scene'.
Why? I hear you ask. Well, DP travels back in time and basically kills a young Adolf Hitler - before he can go on to commit the atrocities that he became infamous for.

Now, this scene didn't end up in the film, but definitely not to save time. Apparently, it was just considered a bit "too much".
However, Ryan Reynolds has spoken about how he likes the scene. He told The Hollywood Reporter: "I always loved it, because it created the same debate in our edit room as it does in the streets of the world. It was debated back and forth, and over and over again.
"We were all a little nervous about it, wondering, 'Is it too much?' None of us could come to a consensus on how to handle it, so our final decision was to just not handle it, to just not put it in the movie.
"We cut it out partially for time, but also to give us something really fun to add into the coda of the DVD."
