Fans Are Calling New Netflix Drama Dash and Lily The 'Cutest Show Ever'

The eight-episode festive rom-com series has won over fans.

New Netflix TV series Dash and Lily is proving such a hit with fans that they're calling it 'adorable' and the 'cutest show ever'.

The eight-episode series only dropped on Netflix on Tuesday, but some eager viewers have already binged the whole show and have taken to Twitter to rave about how much they love it.

Based on the YA novel series Dash and Lily's Book of Dares by David Levithan and Rachel Cohn, the show follows Dash and Lily (played by Austin Abrams and Midori Francis), two teenagers with completely opposite views when it comes to Christmas.

Lily is a massive fan of the festive period, while Dash is less so. Do we spot the recipe for the perfect Christmas rom-com?

The Netflix synopsis reads: "Opposites attract at Christmas as cynical Dash and sunny Lily trade messages and dares in a red notebook as they pass back and forth around New York City.

"It started as a game. But the more they write, the more they fall in love. Can two people who are perfect on paper connect in real life?" and we certainly hope so!

It seems we're all in need of a feel-good TV series right now, with fans taking to social media to enthuse about the show.

"I beg y'all go and watch Dash and Lily on netflix. It's so good," said one.

"I'm watching Dash and Lily and this show is adorable," enthused another.

One fan said of the festive rom-com: "I just spent 4 hours binge watching this and it was sooooo cute."

"It's cute and fun and just the right amount of cheesy," said another happy viewer.
