Dark Desire has taken the world by storm, thanks to its drama filled plot and mysteries at every turn.
The Spanish Leticia López Margalli TV series follows unhappily married college professor Alma Solares (Maite Perroni), who suspects her husband of cheating, so has a passionate affair with Dario (Alejandro Speitzer) - a young man who turns out to be one of her students.
But it's the x-rated scenes that have really got people talking. Let's just say, they've left viewers a bit flustered...

One online review says there's "so much sex you struggle to find some story".
However, a scroll through Twitter shows that many are embracing the drama's rather... err.. raunchy nature.

"Lmfao dark desire on Netflix is half porno and half tv show," one wrote. "But damn !"
Meanwhile, another penned: "Just finished watching dark desire on Netflix and all I can say is Lord forgive me for I have sinned".
"Started watching dark desire on netflix today n it literally feels like I'm just watching porn," a third chipped in.
When Alma wakes up in the morning following their night of passion, she instantly regrets the tryst, but the obsessive student just can't seem to let her go.

Then, there's the matter of keeping her affair from her husband Leonardo Solares, (Jorge Poza), despite the fact his brother Esteban (Erik Hayser) is a former policeman, and knows what she's been up to.
Dario can be seen stalking Alma's online profiles, romancing her 18-year-old daughter, Zoe (Regina Pavón), and even following her around and watching her through windows.
But will she be able to resist his advances?!
Also in the series, Alma's oldest friend mysteriously dies, and while it's initially presumed to be a suicide, something doesn't ring true.
