Netflix's binge-worthy new thriller movie Dangerous Lies has just dropped, and people are already obsessed.
The creepy new addition stars Riverdale's Camila Mendes as broke caregiver Katie, who is charged with looking after wealthy elderly patient, Leonard (played by Elliot Gould, aka Monica's dad in Friends).

Leonard dies, and to her surprise, he leaves his whole estate to her. But is it a gift she really wants?
While they're initially shocked to be given an entire house, Kate and her husband Adam (Jessie T. Usher) eventually decide to make the best of the situation.
But, as you'd expect in a spooky thriller, moving into a wealthy old benefactor's mansion is hardly a walk in the park.
It's not long before dark secrets surrounding Katie's newfound wealth soon come to light, and she is left questioning everything and everyone... even her husband.

Written by David Golden and directed by Michael M. Scott, the plot thickens after Kate and her partner move in, and uncover a large trunk full of money in the property.
They store it in a safe deposit box, and while her husband suggests they should "treat [themselves" Katie is more cautious.
Things get creepier as a real estate agent begins to get persistent, despite Kate explaining they aren't interested in selling.

But is he following them? And worse still, is he sneaking onto the property?!
As the couple struggle to grapple with their new wealth, tensions build between them, and, what's more suspicions begin to mount that they had something to do with Leonard's death.
But when they discover a dead body, it's clear their issues are only just beginning.
