Trailer For New Netflix Series ‘Criminal’ Drops And Yup It's A Nail-Biter
The crime series is comprised of 12 unique stories that are set in four different countries: France, Spain, Germany and the UK.
And its set to hit the streaming platform globally on September 20, featuring some very famous faces, including Doctor Who and Broadchurch actor David Tennant, The Duchess star Hayley Atwell and Marcella's Youssef Kerkour.
In the trailer, we get a sneak peak of the characters from all four countries, with the UK's snippet showing David Tennant looking stone faced as he's taken for questioning over the murder of his daughter.
Avengers' Hayley Atwell is also seen for the first time as she prepares to be questioned by police, biting her nail nervously from the interview room.
Filmed in four languages across four different countries, the series is one of the streaming service's most ambitious projects to date.
Described as a "stripped down, cat-and-mouse drama" which "focuses on the intense mental conflict between detectives and suspects," the entire series takes place within the confines of a police interview suite... you know, to really ramp up that claustrophobia.

And the trailer has gone down a treat with viewers online, with many raving about the all-star cast.
"David Tennant is 100% why im gonna watch this," one wrote on Youtube.
While another agreed: "So here for Hayley Atwell, David Tennant and Dark's Sylvester Groth..."
There will be three episodes set in each country (and spoken in local language), but all fall under the same series, and will be subtitled, so you can enjoy them all. Geddit?
The UK portion is directed by Jim Field Smith (Endeavour, The Wrong Mans) while George Kay from Killing Eve fame in the showrunner.
Global stars from the rest of the series include France's Nathalie Baye, Jérémie Renier, and Sara Giraudeau; Germany's Peter Kurth, Christian Berkel, Deniz Arora and Nina Hoss; and Spain's Carmen Machi, Inma Cuesta, Eduard Fernández.
