The New Year may mean new beginnings (and a new lockdown) for some, but 2021 also meant we had to bid goodbye to some of our favourite shows.
The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina bowed out as the final season dropped on Netflix, bringing the magical misadventures of Sabrina Spellman (Kiernan Shipka) in Greendale to a close.
But our favourite sorceror didn't save the world without a little help from some old friends, with Beth Broderick and Caroline Rhea making a brief cameo appearance in the final series.
Warning! Spoilers ahead!

The actors, who played Aunts Zelda and Hilda respectively in the original series, returned for the finale after our new Sabrina found herself trapped on the set of the 90's sitcom.
But our original teenage witch, played by Melissa Joan Hart, failed to make an appearance in the finale.
And Beth Broderick believes the final of the show was better for it.
When asked by Digital Spy if there were ever talks for Melissa to make a brief comeback, Beth explained: "I don't know. I personally think that would have been very hard to structure. It would have been very... almost destructive to try to bring her in.
"Because with us, the aunties got even older. That makes sense. But for Sabrina to be suddenly a grown woman with three kids of her own - I think it'd be harder to meld those plots, you know?"

The franchise, which drew to a close despite showrunner Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa having plans to do a Riverdale crossover in the fifth season, well and truly marked the end of the franchise.
The finale saw both Sabrina's forced to sacrifice themselves in order to save others, which firmly draws a line under the Netflix series.
Beth added that she found the final twist of the series particularly upsetting.

"I can't bear to think of Sabrina - either Sabrina or any Sabrina - as dead," she said. "But it's certainly powerful. And it certainly means that a new iteration of Sabrina can be born in the future."
The Chilling Adventures Of Sabrina is available to stream on Netflix.
