Charlotte Dawson has shared dramatic footage of baby Noah's birth, after she was rushed into theatre for a forceps delivery.
Viewers will see Noah's birth in tonight's episode of Celebrity Bumps: Famous and Pregnant - and ahead of the dramatic episode, MTV has shared a clip of the moment Noah arrived.

The clip begins with Charlotte's fiancé Matthew Sarsfield explaining: "I'm worried for Charlotte and Noah now. Charlotte's been pushing for a really long time and it's not happened.
"The midwives just want to get him out now so that's why they've rushed us into theatre. I've started to panic because I'm worried about both of them now.

"Going into theatre is very daunting; there's a lot of equipment, a lot of people, ticking things off and making sure Charlotte's okay.
"We've even had to sign a form if anything goes wrong so it's very serious. All I want is for Charlotte and Noah to be safe."
As the team of doctors and midwives help 28-year-old Charlotte give birth, little Noah makes an appearance - and Charlotte even manages to touch the top of her baby's head as he's being delivered.

Overcome with emotion, Charlotte breaks down in tears as she is finally handed Noah.
"The last nine months have built up to this moment, he is worth all of this pain, the feeling that I've got is just magical," Charlotte can be heard saying in the clip.
"It just felt amazing."

"Probably one of the best feelings in the world," Matthew added.
Although Charlotte was told she may have to have a caesarean, she ended up having an assisted forceps delivery. This is when a metal instrument - known as forceps - or a ventouse suction cup is used to help deliver a baby.
Speaking about the moment on Instagram, the new mum added: "Omggggg I can't believe my birth video to our beautiful baby boyo is on your screens tomozza at 8pm on MTV... so emotional so amazing that I get to share it with you all."
Fans will know that last week's episode of the show ended with Charlotte doing everything she could to bring on her labour, before her waters broke in the middle of the night at 4am.

The show has chronicled Charlotte's entire pregnancy, as well as a number of other celebrity couples including Love Island's Marcel Somerville and his parter Rebecca Vieira, and TOWIE stars Shelby Tribble and Sam Mucklow.
