'Naked Attraction' Is Looking For New Contestants To Get Their Kits Off On TV

Are you brave enough?

Tried everything in the quest for love? Fed up of apps, speed dating set-ups and well-meaning friends trying their hardest to play cupid?

Well, maybe it's time to, er, strip things back to the bare essentials.

That's the approach taken quite literally by Channel 4 dating show Naked Attraction, which sees participants whip their kit off in the bid to find a partner.

The show has rolled out a call for new contestants to apply - and social media is a-buzz with some pretty hilarious comments.

For those not in the know, Naked Attraction sees a singleton choose from a line-up of potential love matches, who are lined behind screens, naked as the day they were born.

As the screens slowly rise, the contenders are judged according to their bods - from their arms and legs to their private parts.

The results are reliably hilarious, savage and - frequently - awkward. By mixing full-frontal nudity with a traditional dating show format, the show has unsurprisingly pulled in a big following - but would you bare all in the name of love?

Twitter users responding to the call-out were divided. "It's 7:04am and I've just applied for naked attraction," tweeted fan of the show @georgiee_higgo. "Can already tell today is gunna go tits up."

"Not in a million years!" wrote one horrified commentator.

"How does anyone get taken seriously in their job after appearing on it?" wondered another.

Others shared comedian Suzi Ruffel's hilarious skit about the naked dating show, which went down a storm during her Live At The Apollo Show, while @unicorndethstik commented that watching the programme with audio description made it "even better".

Reckon that you (or someone you know) have the kahoonas to appear naked on national telly?

If the answer is yes, you simply need to fill out the application form and send it off to the folks at Channel 4. The process involves a phone interview, face-to-face interviews and a filming date.

Oh, and the small matter of stripping naked for the nation.
