There have been lots of hints suggesting a fourth season is on the horizon, Maya has now told the Radio Times that a spin-off based around her life in Miami could also happen.

"I just need nicer, sexy listings and a couple of crazy girls and we're all set," she teased. "I think there is a lot of real estate, great properties here to film."

She added: "Selling Sunset took three years to film and to produce, and it wasn't an easy 'Hey, let's just do a reality show.

"I want to say we shot the demo for Selling Sunset two and a half years before the show was out. Obviously due to the huge success and maybe now [Netflix] know more what they are doing and what to expect, maybe Miami will be another idea for a spin-off. Who knows? I gotta put it out there. Let's see."

Maya gave birth to a baby girl in May last year and the her spin-off idea would most likely feature the latest adorable addition to her family.

Maya recently called out her co-star Christine Quinn for allegedly using her co-stars to further her fame.

Speaking to the Mail Online, she branded her Oppenheim Group colleague as "the gossiper" of the team.

She added that, despite her co-star's claims, she preferred to stay impartial, alleging that it was Christine who liked to throw everyone "under the bus" in order to further her time in the spotlight.

"Christine just did an interview which actually caught me by surprise," Maya said. "I heard she said I'm 'the gossiper' or something, but I really don't want to be involved in the drama."

She continued: "Christine obviously gained a lot of interviews and articles because she's got such a no-nonsense attitude and she's clearly not scared to say anything, is she?"

Whether Christine's spin-off idea or the highly anticipated fourth season comes first, it's sure to be a wild ride.
