After weeks of freezing temperatures, fighting for their supper and having to deal with 'the phantom dribbler', I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! has drawn to a close for 2020.

And after a closely fought final, Giovanna Fletcher has been crowned the very first Queen of the castle.

The final saw Vernon Kay, Giovanna Fletcher and Jordan North as the last three campmates standing.

The most recent odds before the final saw both Jordan and Giovanna as joint favourites to take the crown, making it one of the tightly contested finals in the show's 20 year history.

Betfair has odds on of 11/10 joint favourites to win, while Vernon is the rank outsider with 6/1 odds if you fancy a bigger gamble.

With the coronavirus crisis seeing Australia close their borders, I'm a Celebrity... was forced to move from its usual jungle haunt to Gwrych Castle in Wales.

The show has adapted to its new location, with new tasks and trials to reflect its brand new Welsh setting. Kiosk Keith was swapped to Kiosk Cledwyn and the treats have been adapted to have a particularly Welsh theme.

Fans have mostly approved of the change in the show's tried and tested format.

In a recent survey conducted by RadioTimes.com, 64 per cent of viewers said they thought I'm A Celeb in the castle was better in comparison to 36 per cent choosing the jungle.

When asked whether the ITV show should shake up the location every year, 47 per cent of voters opted for the series to be based in the UK permanently, while 28 per cent said it should stick to the jungle and 26 per cent wanted a new location every series.

Speaking about the changes to the format, Daily Drop host Vick Hope told Tyla: "Change is always good, and refreshing things is always good.

"This year, things are different. All of us are looking at things in a different way, all of us are seeing things in a different way, and it was completely necessary it changed. Whether or not it needed it, they had to have it, and they're going to make the best of it and they're going to make it make it work."
