And it seems nothing is off-limits for The GC, as the 40-year-old speaks openly and candidly about growing up in Essex, the downsides of fame and even making a sex tape.
It is set to be emotional for Gemma, as our sneak preview of Thursday night's ep reveals that the reality TV star finds herself having to reach for tissues when she opens up about the extent of trolling she receives.
After watching a VT on people talking about the abuse that's put at Gemma's door, the Diva In Lockdown star tells Piers: "That's hard to watch. I've...well you don't forget it... but that's the downside to fame. I'm a lot more comfortable now in my own skin.
"It was so embarrassing once, I was taking my mum for lunch, a van pulled up and they started abusing me. It wasn't for me, I felt so hurt that that happened in front of my mum."
Telling Piers the trolls had called her "a fat c*** and a "fat cow", Gemma continued that she has always used food as something she uses to comfort herself with.
"If I'm happy I eat, if I'm sad I eat," she said. "But I think it's about dealing with your emotions and trying to find a way of dealing with them in a healthy way and not turning to something that can harm you. Because it is like a form of self-harm."
Gemma also revealed on the show that she has filmed a sex tape with a previous partner, which she had planned to "do a Kim Kardashian" with, should she find herself scrapped for cash.
"Do you know what? Sex sells," she told an aghast Piers.
"It's probably about 20 minutes long, but we've all done it with our partners, you know. I'm normal.
"You'll be the first one I show it to and then you can help me ring round getting the bids in for it. Million quid, if not more."
