Ant and Dec have hinted that Tiger King star Carole Baskin is set to be one of the celebrities joining the I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here camp as part of 2020's lineup.

While there's no word on this year's official list of celebs taking on the critters in this year's brand new Wales location, the two hosts have fuelled flames Joe Exotic's arch nemesis might be involved.

Joining Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield on the This Morning sofas to talk about the new series, the hosts questioned the booking on everyone's lips.

"The rumours are there," Ant laughed, while Dec added cheeky tones: "We don't know what you're talking about. We couldn't possibly say."

Hmmmm... highly unconvincing!

While that all sounds really promising, Carole has spoken in the past about how "no amount of money would make [her] want to be part of something that disrespects nature."

She previously told The Mirror: "The show has been criticised by animal lovers for the consumption of live creatures.

"I strive towards veganism so there is nothing so gross in the plant world, for me to be forced to eat on camera, as to make for entertaining television."

So unless ITV have offered her so much dough her morals have completely flown out the window, we're still not totally convinced we'll see the animal activist on our screens.

At the beginning of August, the channel announced that the reality show will return for its 20th series this year but will be filmed in the UK for the first time ever.

The show will be broadcast every night as normal, but instead of being set in the Australian jungle, it'll air from a ruined castle in the middle of the British countryside.

I'm A Celeb will be filmed at Gwyrch Castle in Abergele, Wales.

"We are very much looking forward to it and it will be completely different and none of us know what its going to be like," Ant and Dec told Holly and Phil before noting how cold it will be.
