In case you need a reminder, Holt was demoted to patrolman, and the new series is set to follow his adjustment into a very different new role, while he also suffers a personal loss.
Meanwhile, Amy and Jake are trying for a baby in Season 7, and there's a new Captain in the precinct...
Of course, we can expect the usual crowd of Andy Samberg, Terry Crews, Stephanie Beatriz, Andre Braugher to return, alongside SNL star, Vanessa Bayer, who is joining as Officer Debbie Fogle.

Only last year, Fox cancelled Brooklyn Nine-Nine after five seasons and fans truly thought it was the end. Thankfully, the cop comedy was picked up by NBC, and the channel seems keen to keep it going.
"It's been one of our great joys as a network to give Brooklyn Nine-Nine a second life," explained Lisa Katz and Tracey Pakosta, Co-Presidents of Scripted Programming, NBC Entertainment, when the seventh season was first announced.
"Cheers to Dan Goor, Mike Schur, Luke Del Tredici and David Miner, and our amazing cast and crew who each week turn New York's finest into New York's funniest."
Naturally, fans were thrilled to hear that the reboot was a success.
