Ever since the American Horror Story spin-off was given the green light back in May, fans have been eagerly awaiting a first look at the series and now it's finally here!
Ryan Murphy, the man behind the original series and the spin-off, gave fans a sneak peek of the hotly anticipated show by sharing a first look poster. Titled American Horror Stories, the spooky anthology series will definitely give fans a fright when it debuts.
It's the AHS spin off. We are doing 16 one hour stand alone episodes delving into horror myths, legends and lore...many of these episodes will feature AHS stars you know and love. More to follow...

He also gave fans a little teaser about what to expected from the show. "We are doing 16 one hour stand alone episodes delving into horror myths, legends and lore," he said.
"Many of these episodes will feature AHS stars you know and love. More to follow..."
Sounds intriguing, right?!
There's so much going on in the poster and it definitely has some stylistic similarities to the main American Horror Story aesthetic. The high contrast colouring, a shattered face with a spider crawling inside the face-less person's head.
This week has been a very busy one for the TV mega-producer. He also shared a sneak peek of the upcoming 10th (!) season of American Horror Story.
Posting on social media, Ryan shared a very creepy image of a mouth filled with razor sharp teeth and an 'AHS10' tattoo inked on the tongue.
Although creators have not revealed much about the next instalment, Sarah Paulson recently let slip a potential plot line. When asked if the next season will be about aliens, in an interview with Harper's Bazaar, the Ratched star simply replied: "It's possible". Area 51 + Sarah Paulson = perfection?!
