Rahul Mandal might've already been crowned Great British Bake Off champion of this year, but Paul Hollywood, Prue Leith, Noel Fielding and Sandi Toksvig are back to wish viewers a very merry Christmas.
Bake Off will return for an annual one-off Chrimbo special as the nation's favourite bakers reunite to cook up some delicious festive treats.
True GBBO fans spend all year looking forward to the baking competition, but if Twitter is anything to go by, viewers are equally excited to see bakers come together for the last time in 2018 as they celebrate the festivities.

"There is a Christmas themed GBBO and I am freaking out. When does this come out? Tell me now please," one fan demanded.
Another added: "So glad there is a Bake Off Christmas special! #BakeOff."
It seems like many viewers are already getting into the Christmas special as viewers posed for pictures with Bake Off champion Rahul at Sheffield's Christmas light switch on this weekend.

At this moment in time it hasn't been revealed exactly when the Bake Off special will air, however last year's festive episodes took place at 7.40pm on Christmas day and 7.40pm on New Year's Day too.
However, now the programme belongs to Channel 4, there might some changes to the festive schedule, but either way we can't wait for our favourite bakers to grace our screens once more.
