The controversial teen drama burst on to screens in 2017, and has been lauded as groundbreaking for its honest depictions of suicide, rape and violence ever since.
The first season focused on the suicide of Hannah Baker, played by Katherine Langford, and the 13 reasons why she felt compelled to take her own life.
Each reason is documented in a cassette tape, which her former love interest Clay Jensen, played by Dylan Minnette, listens to throughout the series.
In the second season, Clay was haunted by Hannah's death, while her mother took the school to trial. Meanwhile, the third season centres around discovering who killed serial rapist Bryce Walker.

The series' final season, landing next month, follows the Liberty High School's Senior Class preparing for graduation.
According to Netflix: "Before they say goodbye, they'll have to keep a dangerous secret buried and face heartbreaking choices that might alter their lives forever."
Here's hoping the students of Liberty High will finally get the closure they need.
