Although Schitt's Creek came to an end earlier this year, the cast keep finding ways to entertain their fans even during the festive season... without trying.
Calum Shanlin, the show's digital producer, shared a supercut of scenes from Schitt's Creek to create the most unlikely cover of Mariah Carey's Christmas classic 'All I Want For Christmas Is You'. You have to watch it to believe it.
Check it out below:
The video brought a lot of Christmas cheer to fans and to the cast, like Dan Levy who wrote on Instagram, "You outdid yourself this holiday", in response to Calum's video.
Even the Queen, Mariah Carey herself, commented on the video. "I love it I love it I love it I love it I love it!!!" she said.
David and Patrick (Noah Reid) are, of course, two of the biggest lambs (the name given to Mariah Carey's most dedicated fans) ever!
Earlier this year, Mariah made a surprise appearance at a Schitt's Creek reunion on YouTube. Mariah sang her hit single 'Hero'.
In related news, earlier this year Dan Levy once again hinted that a Schitt's Creek movie could happen in the future - we're sure fans, including Mariah, will be pleased!
The Emmy award-winning sitcom began in 2015 and aired for six seasons. It also starred Eugene Levy, Catherine O'Hara, Dan Levy and Annie Murphy as the wealthy Rose family who are forced to flee their luxurious lifestyle to a small town and live in a hotel after they lose their fortune.
Fans last saw the family break off on their own journeys across the US - Alexis went to New York, Moira and Johnny headed to California and David and his husband Patrick built their life in Schitt's Creek. This leads a lot of fans to wonder... what happens next?!
Speaking to E! News!, Levy said that while there aren't any current plans for a movie, there was definitely potential for one in the future. He said: "I would love for there to be. I'm not ruling it out."
Stay tuned...
