There's now a Shrek HIIT workout in existence and if anything going it make us exercise IT. IS. THIS.
PT and dance instructor Emily Thorne has choreographed a 22-minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout to a whole host of songs from the classic DreamWorks movie.
The exercise pro has created a burn session soundtracked to the likes of 'I Need a Hero' by Bonnie Tyler, 'All Star' by Smash House, 'Funkytown' by Lipps, 'Like Wow!' by Leslie Carter and 'Best Years of Our Lives' by Baha Men.
