Who knew he was a man of so many talents?

Zac Efron just shared a snap of him riding a horse that's enough to make even the most equine-loathing person want to saddle up for a ride with him.

It turns out that Zac is not just an impeccable actor as he also knows how to handle his horses - and The Greatest Showman star is also brave enough not to even bother wearing a helmet.

The image posted to his social media channels on Tuesday shows Zac smouldering into the distance as he shows off a new luscious beard and muscular arms as he reins in the pony.

And as if beards and a love of animals wasn't enough, turns out Zac can also speak Spanish. That's right.

"Mi nueva amiga Amapola," the High School Musical star wrote in the caption, introducing his new horse friend as Poppy.

As expected, his lucky 36.6 million Instagram followers praised his impressive horsemanship skills.

"Fancy taking up horse riding?!?!" suggested one inspired follower.

Complimenting the gorgeous pony, somebody else wrote: "My goodness you're one beautiful human being!"

"Oh my laaaawwwwwd baby Jesus," shared another follower shocked to see Zac on a horse.

Of course, there were just a *couple* of gushing messages for the actor too. "How handsome does he look here," exclaimed one.

It's fair to say this new beard is a huge improvement on the facial hair Zac was spotted sporting earlier this year.

Posting on Instagram, the Baywatch actor unveiled bleach blonde hair paired with a bizarre stripy beard that even Zac struggled to pull off.

Fans were less than accepting of his new look, with some commenting to say he looked like 'a grilled panini' and 'a bad choice you could've made in high school'.

Thankfully it wasn't permanent, and it was just for his role in The Beach Bum, which is set for a March 2019 release.
