After a *very* public break up, Made in Chelsea's Sam Thompson and Zara McDermott are officially back together.
Sam confirmed the news to MailOnline, adding that he believes in forgiveness, which he is practicing by reconciling with Zara.
"I believe in forgiveness. I understand the context and I think in any walk of life you can't move forward unless you forgive," he said.

"Forgiveness allows you to heal. You can only heal when you forgive the other person and get over that."
He continued: "We all make mistakes.
"I would definitely say, no matter what, you should always try to forgive and you'll feel better in yourself. It's f*cking easier said than done but you've got to strive for that.
"The people I care about [and] caring about me will know we're all human. We are all human and you can't grow and evolve and be a better person without making mistakes along the way."

The couple broke up after it emerged that Zara cheated on Sam while they were dating. They split in September, which led to Zara issuing a public apology to Sam.
Their break-up played out on Made In Chelsea. When the news first broke, Zara posted an apology note to Sam on Instagram. She wrote: "A huge mistake I made a year ago has recently come to light and I want to face this head on. I don't condone being unfaithful and I made a huge mistake at a time in my life where I was hugely selfish and immature."
Last month, a source confirmed to MailOnline that the pair were indeed back together, stating: "They are certainly back together again. This finally happened about two weeks ago now. He took her back."
