The 31-year-old took to Instagram to announce that she and fiance Joe Swash, 39, were expecting "another pickle" after several months trying for a baby.
But she also shared the devastating news that they'd suffered a miscarriage prior.
The Loose Women panellist wrote: "For a really long time we've been trying for another pickle.
"It didn't work out and this was our news quite a few times..."
Stacey's stories then flipped to a screengrab of a form which sadly read: "Diagnosis based on ultrasound findings: complete miscarriage."
"We decided we were so lucky already to have our boys. It is our biggest privilege in life and we are so grateful to be parents, so we stopped trying and counted ourselves so so so blessed already," she added.
But after feeling unwell, Stacey went for an ultrascan which revealed she was expecting again.
Fans were over the moon at the happy ending to Stacey's heartbreaking story and the news she's expecting a rainbow baby, and quickly took to her comments.
"I literally have goosebumps from watching your story," one fan said, adding a crying emoji. "Stacey I absolutely adore you and your family congratulations to you all, your already the most wonderful mother I'm so excited for you all."
A second added: "I'm fully crying at your stories! Beautiful family and so happy for you all biggest congratulations."
"OMG! Huge congrats!" said a third, adding multiple tears emojis.
"Aww Stacey I'm filling up at your stories!" a fourth said. "Such wonderful news for such a beautiful family! So very happy for you all."
Stacey is already mum to Zachary, 13, Leighton, nine, and two-year-old Rex.
We're thrilled for you, Stacey! Congratulations on your rainbow baby!
