Sandra Oh has finally won a Golden Globe for her role in hit series, Killing Eve.

The actress, who played MI5 agent Eve Polastri in the series, was overcome with emotion when she took to the stage to accept her award on Sunday night.

Struggling to get her words out, Sandra managed to say: "Mostly, there are two people here tonight that I am so grateful... I'd like to thank my mother and father."

Sandra's parents looked overjoyed in their seats as Sandra collected her award and we all fell in love with the Oh family just a little bit.

The camera turned to her dad, Mr Oh, as he stood giving his daughter a huge round of applause as the whole auditorium cheered for her.

Fans were over the moon for the actress and her family after she broke records for being the first Asian actress to win multiple Golden Globe awards, having already won one for her role in Grey's Anatomy.

Earlier in the night, Sanda gave a moving speech about diversity in the entertainment industry, telling the audience: "'I'm not fooling myself. Right now, this moment is real. Trust me. It is real. Because I see you. And I see you. All of these faces of change and now so will everyone else."

We couldn't be any happier for her.
