Love Island viewers have been left cringing this evening as they watched Liam Reardon try to win back the heart of Millie Court after his Casa Amor betrayal.
Instead of sitting down and having an actual conversation, Liam decided to try to break the ice with Millie by writing her a note which read: "I may not be sticking in your back in bed, but you're always stuck in my head. XX."
Lovely.
Love Island viewers were understandably horrified by the, er, slightly desperate note, with some calling his words "creepy". Agreed.
Last night, they were calling on Millie to completely boycott Liam, after we saw her smile at a text he had sent.
They rightly pointed out that Liam has a lot of making up to do, as he clearly wasn't thinking about making Millie smile while in Casa Amor. In fact, it took him just a few hours to kiss new girl Lillie Haynes during a game of Truth or Dare.
Oh, and let's not forget the fact that they also shared a bed and kissed again later.
Responding to his pleas for forgiveness, one viewer said Liam's attempts at making it up to Millie were inappropriate.
"The note is not noteing incl. Cheating and then trying to make up with sexual jokes? Definition of tone deaf," they wrote.
Meanwhile, author Bolu Babalola agreed that Liam was a 'sick man'
"I can't believe Liam said 'I miss my dick sticking into your back' and thought Millie would melt... a sick man," she penned.
"These men make me SICK," echoed another.
As a fellow Twitter user concurred: "I cannot get past Liam tryna romance Millie by talking about his boner in bed #LoveIsland".
So, it seems the internet isn't a fan of Liam, and despite his best efforts, we totally understand why he's not in the public's favour.
It's one thing getting off with Lillie, but it's another talking about his penis in bed. No thank you.
