Mrs Hinch told how she was reduced to tears by trolls 'tearing her apart' in an emotional video shared on Tuesday.

The pregnant Instagram cleaning sensation, whose real name is Sophie Hinchliffe, posted the tearful clip to her stories, urging those who have nothing nice to say to unfollow her rather than cause upset.

Using a comedy Instagram filter for the video, the 29-year-old Essex-based star said: "I just wanted to say thank you because the messages you've sent me this morning are just so nice.

"I know I probably sound stupid but I'm really grateful and for those people who are not so nice, who follow me just to pull me apart, why?

"There's no need to do it. I just clean my own house, I don't hurt your home or anything, so I just want to say to my Hinchers, thank you, and to those who are there just to pull people apart, maybe you should just unfollow and be happy and don't watch me.

"Sorry about that, I'm not normally like this on my stories by sometimes when you feel, you get days don't you, where you feel more vulnerable than others. I know it sounds really odd and today's just one of those days.

"I think I just wanted to say I know everyone is more than entitled to their own opinion but there's no need to tear anyone apart."

After sharing the teary video, Sophie later returned to the social media platform to share a picture of her bump, apologising for letting trolls get the better of her.

"If you watched my story today you'll see it started off difficult and I was a little emotional (sorry about that) but we all have days like this I'm sure, and that's okay!" she wrote in the caption. "I then read so many of your amazing messages and spoke to my mum (she always knows best) and realised I'm not going to lose this day!"

Mrs Hinch continued: "I'm going to laugh and I'm going to find little things I can do around the home to make this day a good day!

"Dust yourself off and try again as they say, and that's exactly what I did. So I'm sorry this isn't an interior pic , even though my lamp and baskets in the background are beaut but this is me .. Soph!

"I am the person behind this account after all! I can't wait to meet our handsomes and I can't wait for you all to share this next chapter with me, Jamie and Henry."

Sophie, whose fame rocketed towards the end of 2018, concluded her post by thanking her 'Hinchers' for their support.

Mrs Hinch has had a tough few weeks after revealing she was hospitalised last month, and has been banned from cleaning by doctors for now.

'If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all' springs to mind...
