It's been a week of heartbreak among the showbiz circuit, with two high-profile break-ups dominating the headlines.
Microsoft billionaire Bill Gates announced he was splitting with his wife Melinda after 27 years of marriage.
The 65-year-old, who boasts an eye-watering wealth of £89billion (making him the fourth richest person in the world) released a statement announcing the split on Twitter.

"We no longer believe we can grow together as a couple in the next phase of our lives," it read, before asking for "space and privacy".
On the other side of the Atlantic, Love Island star Maura Higgins announced she too was going through a difficult split, confirming she'd broken up with Chris Taylor after six months together.
The pair, who confirmed they were dating after weeks of speculation, said in statements posted on Instagram that they realised they were "better off as friends."

However, the news that both a tech billionaire and a Love Island icon were both available led to some gossip-mongers playing Cupid, and jokingly saying they imagined the pair getting together.
Taking to Twitter, one person wrote: "Maura Higgins and Bill Gates power couple 2021."
A second joked: "Maura announcing her break up the same day as Bill Gates. Hot girl summer."

Elsewhere, one boy urged his fellow lads to stick it on Maura while they still can.
"Gotta get in there before Bill Gates!" he joked.
