Laura Whitmore has been praised for sharing the realities of breastfeeding after she posted a photo of nursing pads stuck underneath her dress.
"Filming day... Going backless, precautions taken," Laura wrote on Instagram, alongside an image of her inside-out dress, where the pads could be seen.
And fans were loving the post, with fellow mums relating and praising 36-year-old Laura for thinking ahead.

"What a wonderful advocate. Well done Laura," one person wrote.
While another said: "Love this so much! The realities of breastfeeding."
And a third added: "Love the honesty here!"
"I remember those days, well padded up, multiple ones at times and still leaked! It's a beautiful thing," said another.

Laura welcomed her baby girl with husband Iain Stirling earlier this year, announcing her daughter's arrival last month.
She often shares snippets of mum life, but just this week, she was criticised by trolls over one image in particular. It came after the presenter shared a photo on her social media with husband Iain Stirling and what appeared to be their baby girl in a basket.
The family could be seen in a park enjoying the sunny weather this week. But some followers were critical of the summery snap, with a number of social media users calling out Laura for apparently 'covering her baby with a blanket'.

However, Laura's fiercely loyal followers soon chimed in, with one writing: "It's not a blanket though. A muslin cover/mosquito net to protect the baby."
And another added: "It's to protect her and don't tell Laura how to parent."
This week, Laura also teased the return of Love Island which is set to appear on our screens towards the end of the month.
She shared a number of promo clips - including the latest teaser trailer which you can watch below.
It's expected husband Iain will also return to do the voiceover for the show this year, too.
