Joe Swash paid a touching tribute to Caroline Flack as he was crowned winner of Dancing On Ice last night.
The 38-year-old delivered three incredible performances in last night's final and eagle-eyed viewers may have spotted the hidden message during one routine.
You can watch Joe's tribute in the video below:
During Joe's Charlie Chaplin-inspired dance, a poster had been plastered onto the set, with the words: "Be kind".

Joe actually revealed the tribute on his Instagram Stories, before he took to the ice.
"I asked them whether they could put the words 'Be Kind' on a poster.
"So what they've done is they've put up this poster and at the top they've put the words 'Be Kind.'
"Obviously we lost Caroline and we're trying to spread the word, we need everyone to be kinder."

The poster also read: "Be kind to yourself and others".
Joe and Caroline had become friends after presenting I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here's spin-off show in 2009 and 2010.
When Caroline sadly passed away last month, Joe told presenters Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield: "It's been a really tough day."

To which Phillip replied: "We've got to point out to everybody you were very, very close with Caroline. So I know this has been an amazingly tough day. She'd be so proud of you Joe."
Joe was crowned winner of Dancing On Ice last night with his dancing partner, Alex Murphy.
Following their triumph, Joe said: "I decided to do this because I thought it'd be a laugh, I'd meet some nice people. Not in a million years did I think I'd get to the final. Or meet Alex, or do a bolero.
"It's the most strange, surreal... I can't even walk this good. To have my my kids here meant the world to me.

"I hope this is a lesson to them, no matter how hard something might seem, if you put the time and hard work in, it will pay off."
