'Celebrity GBBO' Fans Compare Noel Fielding's New Do To Shirley From 'EastEnders'

Noel FieldingNoel Fielding has been compared to EastEnders' Shirley Carter after debuting his new blonde hair do no Stand Up To Cancer's Celebrity Great British Bake Off.

The comedian unveiled his new look for the first time in the famous white tent, but he's had mixed reviews on the bold new look.

One viewer joked: "When Noel Fielding calls in sick you can get Shirley Carter to fill in," while another slightly harsh critic wrote: "Noel's bleached hair should be a national cry for help."


"Noel Fielding is sporting my nightmare hair colour - 'crack head blonde' sort it out, you're making me anxious," another wrote.

However, a fourth viewer tweeted: "Honestly love Noels blonde hair," while a fifth added: "Do I like Noel Fielding's blonde hair? Yes, yes I think I do!"

Noel's hair wasn't the only thing that got people talking during this week's Celebrity GBBO, after comedian Russell Brand won star baker for his vagina-inspired biscuits.

He cooked up potentially the strangest creation to ever be baked on the GBBO famous white tent as he unveiled a collection of biscuits depicting his wife Laura Gallacher giving birth, with a shortbread vagina as the centre piece - as you do.

Russell explained: "I tried to capture the moment of my second daughter's birth.

"The central piece is my wife, the four aspects of her, I wanted it to be expressionist, demonstrating birth but in shortbread.


"But around her the vagina, from which we all enter into this life.

"I know you wanted 24 Prue, but would you take a glance at that labia and tell me that's not adequate?"

Celebrity Great British Bake Off continues at 8pm on Tuesday on Channel 4.
